Investment license to the Bridge Inter-Line Group.
The People's Committee of Hung Yen province granted an investment license to the Bridge Inter-Line Group of the Republic of Korea to build a $70-million luxury resort.It will include a 36-hole golf course, four-star hotel and villas. The resort will be built on 180ha of land spanning Long Hung and Nghia Tru in Van Giang district.The project is the province's largest foreign direct investment to date and is scheduled for completion in 2008.
Japan helps build primary school in Hung Yen.
Japan will donate around US $85,000 in non-refundable aid for the building of a primary school in Hung Dao commune, Tien Lu district, Hung Yen province. Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Norio Hattori and officials from Tien Lu district signed an agreement on the grant in Hanoi on June 5. The funds will be used for a 10 classroom, two-storey school on a 750 square metre area.
